Bakti Desa is a program held by schools that is mandatory for all students to take part in the program for three days in a remote village.
I and my friend were placed in Cibeureum village, there we were divided into small groups and then escorted to the home of foster parents. I and my friend were placed in Mak Entin's house, in my opinion the house in this village still looks simple but I feel comfortable when there.
The second day we intend to go to the fields, the air is very cool there and we also see a scene that might not be in the city. Then, we go to the Citarum river, the water is clear and also cold like ice water, of course we don't forget to take photos. Then we went home to be ready for Jum'atan , when evening we and the locals played volleyball together, we also did not forget while distributing groceries. When the night the temperature in this village can be very cold, so I wear a jacket and blanket while sleeping.
The third day was our last day in the village, we went to KM 0 Citarum by renting a car for his impression. Before going home we gathered and said goodbye to our foster parents and we waited for the pickup vehicle that would later take us to Bandung.
Three days in the village is something I can't forget because that's where we can find other happiness.
